Following your initial consultation, and at the frequency that works for you - these are personalised health coaching sessions to support you in reaching your health goals. Our ongoing health coaching sessions are designed to provide continuous support and guidance as you progress toward your wellness goals. Here's what you can anticipate in these follow-up sessions: 1. Progress Evaluation: Review of Goals: We'll assess your advancement toward the objectives established in previous sessions, celebrating successes and identifying areas that may need adjustment. Overcoming Challenges: Any obstacles or difficulties you've encountered will be discussed, allowing us to develop strategies to address them effectively. 2.
