In our initial health coaching session, we will focus on understanding your unique health journey in order for us to establish an ongoing personalised plan to enhance your well-being. Here's what you can expect: 1. Comprehensive Health History Review: Personal Health Narrative: You'll have the opportunity to share your health history, including past medical conditions, treatments, and any ongoing health concerns. I will take time to understand your health status, dietary habits, lifestyle, nutritional needs and desired outcomes. The goal of the initial consultation is to gain a thorough understanding of your health needs, establish a collaborative relationship, and create a foundation for ongoing support and improvement in your health and well-being. 2. Lifestyle Assessment: We'll discuss your daily routines, dietary habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, and stress levels to gain a holistic view of your health. 3. Prioritising Actions: We'll determine which areas to focus on first, ensuring that our approach aligns with your immediate and long-term objectives. 4. Establishing Support and Accountability: Ongoing Support: We'll discuss the frequency and mode of our follow-up sessions to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. This initial session is designed to give you the opportunity to share your story and current health status. We aim for you to leave feeling empowered with a clear structured pathway towards achieving optimal well-being.
